These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TikTomato. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Using TikTomato

You may use TikTomato only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping your login information secure.

You must not:

  • misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • use the service to violate another person's rights;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material; or
  • reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to TikTomato. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver that content so we can provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights required to submit your content and to instruct us to process it.

3. Generated output

Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

4. Paid services

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, usage limits, refund conditions, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Additional payment terms may apply.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of TikTomato. We may also update these terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice when reasonably possible.

6. Disclaimers

TikTomato is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TikTomato and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using TikTomato at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
