The model decides what the main subject is and where its edge runs. Some images make that hard.
- Fine hair, fur and smoke may lose detail or keep a little of the old background.
- Glass, water and other see-through objects are hard to separate from what is behind them.
- When the subject and background share colours, or several subjects overlap, check the edges before using the result.
